July, 2016 Shanghai-The R&D center of leadgo-tech recently developed a new type of breather&bleeder –WF240, and has got through a series of tests. With new materials and manufacture crafts, the end use performance of WF240 is better, and also makes our products diversified.

WF240 is a medium weight breather/bleeder with a a good air permeability which should be used when WF150 is not sufficient for airflow. It allows to breath air out from the vacuum bag and absorb excess of resin, is suitable for using as a bleeder under a certain conditions.

WF240 and the most similar products in the market, after autoclave process under high pressure conditions, the breather&bleeder would shrink, however, the morphology of fibers didn’t change. WF240 is usually used for pre-curing and pre-absorption at low pressure, not suitable as a breather at high pressure, only can be used as a bleeder when pressure is high.
